These new tennis balls were created and trademarked by the owner when his mother-in-law moved into an assisted-living facility. He found some old used tennis balls in his garage to put onto her walker.

When he realized that there was no local source for the finished product, he began creating clean, fun, pre-cut tennis balls for the Richmond retail market.

Entrepreneur Rich Babbitt works with local marketing classes to explain and teach marketing principles used in his business. He has extensive consulting, sales and training experience in the business world, and holds a Marketing Degree from Old Dominion University.
